What guarantees will be given to replace sub-standard/rejected goods? Customers must notify Tradewinds with in five days of receipt, of any damages, shortages, or rejections due documentation or quality of material. Written consent RMA Return Material Authorization must be requested by customer, and the material with original documentation must be returned within 30 Days of issuance for validation of discrepancy.

What facilities do you have for:  
Handling? We have a 6,000 (sqft) Operations area for handling material. Tradewinds maintains a clean and organized working environment throughout the operations area.
Storage? We have a 19,000 (sqft) Stocking area for safe storage of inventory. Inventory is stored in a methodological fashion, ensuring seperation of serviceable from unserviceable materials.
Packing? Material is packaged in accordance with
ATA Spec 300.
Preservation? Material is properly preserved, in strong durable packaging.

How will deliveries be made? Tradewinds uses a variety of freight carriers, and will ship in accordance with customers preferred carrier to meet delivery time expectations.
