“We” or “us” mean Approved 4 Business Limited, registered in England with company number: 06244554. Our address is 4 Mainwaring Drive, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 2QD.

In these Terms and Conditions, in reference to “you”, means the person, firm or company, or other entity accessing this website, and/or contracting with us for any of the services which we offer.

By accessing our website you confirm that you have full legal capacity to contract with us under the Law in England and Wales which shall, for all purposes, be the Law which shall govern the access to and use of this website. The Courts in Manchester, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the determination of any issue or dispute between us.

We own the copyright to and in all the contents of this website including, specifically, the details of any Supplier whose self-audit details appear on our website, and who shall be referred to in the Terms and Conditions as “Supplier”. You may not copy, download or transmit any part of our website without written consent from us, except you may print or download any details of any Supplier provided for your own records.

We do not accept, and we specifically exclude, all responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors which may appear on any Supplier details, and it is agreed and accepted by you that it is for you, not us, to approve a Supplier, and that our responsibility is solely to assist you in making contact with the Suppliers, and to enable visibility of the Suppliers’ self-audits and approvals as recent as the suppliers’ latest update.

It is the responsibility of the supplier to maintain their records and to advise Approved 4 Business Ltd of any changes. Self-audits will be renewed at least annually and failure to make updates, or advise there are no changes, upon request at annual renewal, will lead to removal of the Supplier from the system, and that removal being alerted to all buyers who use the “Myapproved4” function.

The licence fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. They will be billed in U.S. Dollars or British pounds and U.K. VAT, if applicable, will be added to the total cost. If any sum payable is not be paid when due you shall pay to us interest on such sum calculated on a daily basis and compounded quarterly from the due date until payment at the rate of 5% per annum over the HSBC Bank Plc base rate from time to time in force. Additionally in the event that any sum due is not be paid when due, we may suspend your Supplier details until such time as the monies due plus interest have been paid.

In the event that any part of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid then the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.
